How I prep my meals!

Dear, friends!

When I talk and teach about food, nutritional density is “non-negotiable”. However, I also love simple and “peasant style” cooking: meals have to be simple and fast to make and cook. I love my meals to be colorful, contain a variety of vegetables and fruits. I do love to “utilize” my fridge and what’s in it as well and support local farming. This time a year, I am craving warm salads, and really love to roast my veg. I have recorded a short video of one of dinner preparations with pictures of what’s going into the oven and the “finished” meal. I am looking forward to your feedback and staying in touch.
